| receiving the extra 50% of the complete website amount. Entice Solutions cannot take |
| responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client.We reserve |
| the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature. |

| Entice Solutions does not provide any kind of services regarding adult or Porno websites. |

| Entice Solutions reserves the right to refuse any service to anyone at any time. |

| Entice Solutions will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure |
| to meet agreed deadlines. |

| Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in |
| accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no |
| longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to |
| pay for the work that has been done. Non payment, fraud or any kind of dispute related to website |
| will result in legal action being taken if necessary,
intend to be
subject to the jurisdiction only of the |
| courts of New Delhi, India. |

| Entice Solutions will ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly |
| on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the |
| web browser Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla browsers. |
| Entice Solutions can offer no guarantees of correct functioning with all browsers. |

| Entice solutions maintains secracy of all personal information of the clients such as your password, |
| credit card number, bank account number and any information that you give to us, such as your |
| name, email address, address, telephone numbers & fax numbers etc to any outside sources. |
