In Website Maintenance we do the revision, editing, and changing of already existing website pages in combination with the uploading of new information to keep your website up to date as early as possible. It also includes deleting or removing asset or data and adding new pages time to time as per your requirements.
In website maintenance we search broken links in the website, redesigning of asset (if required), reduction of errors, decreasing the downtime of the website and updating other complex functionalities.
We do website maintenance on quarterly / half yearly & on yearly basis. you are entitled to make an unlimited number of text revisions to existing web pages. This includes adding, deleting or editing graphics on the web pages. Total redesigning of website pages is not included in the website maintenance. New design work is charged at our design rate.
All Updates should be provided by email as much as possible. Attachments should be in .txt or .doc (Word) format. Pictures need to be .jpg or .gif. These require retyping data or scanning photos and will cost more to complete the changes.
