Website Maintenance we do the revision, editing, and changing of already existing website pages in |
combination with the uploading of new information to keep your website up to date as early as |
| possible. It also includes deleting or removing images or data and adding new pages time to time as |
| per your requirements. |

| In website maintenance we search broken links in the website, redesigning of images (if required), |
| reduction of errors, decreasing the downtime of the website and updating other complex |
| functionalities. |

We do website maintenance on quarterly / half yearly & on yearly basis. you are entitled to make an |
unlimited number of text revisions to existing web pages. This includes adding, deleting or editing |
graphics on the web pages. Total redesigning of website pages is not included in the website |
maintenance. New design work is charged at our design rate. |

| All Updates should be provided by email as much as possible. Attachments should be in .txt or .doc |
| (Word) format. Pictures need to be .jpg or .gif. These require retyping data or scanning photos and |
| will cost more to complete the changes. |
